PAYMENT1.1. By default, the payment is taken 100% upfront by the VGen shop service or by PayPal invoice.1.2. A client may ask for a split payment for orders above 150 EUR. The client will receive the full resolution files after the last installment is paid.1.3. After paying the base price, only the personal usage of the design is allowed. Commercial rights may be purchased for an additional 100% of the base price.1.4. All adopt purchases are final. No refunds may be processed after the payment is sent.1.5. In case of the client not completing the payment within 72 hours, the artist may start looking for a new buyer, unless agreed otherwise.
USAGE2.1. Using the design for AI prompting or training purposes is strictly prohibited.2.2. Using the design for NFT-related projects is strictly prohibited.2.3. Modifying the original files delivered upon purchasing the design is not allowed.2.4. Modifying the design while painting or ordering other artworks is allowed.


RESELLING AND GIFTING3.1. The design may be resold for the same price it was originally purchased for or lower. The client is allowed to raise the resale price proportionately to any additional artwork commissioned or created after purchasing the design.3.2. Gifting the design to someone else is allowed.3.3. Trading the design in exchange for any other design is allowed.
